1. Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.

If you choose to return an item for any reason other than a defect, damage or error, you are responsible for return shipping/delivery fee

The original delivery fee will not be refunded. 

2. How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • a defective product
  • the wrong item

please contact us immediately at ecommerce@hameedia.com so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer support team.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at ecommerce@hameedia.com.

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at ecommerce@hameedia.com.

7. International Orders

For international orders, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
